The Tri-County BTSA (Beginning Teacher Support and Assesment) Induction Program is a regional consortium of three county offices of education, nine university partners, and twenty one school districts in Colusa, Sutter and Yuba counties. The program is focused on providing an exemplary support and formative assessment system for teachers in the tri-county region. Each district and county office has a District Coordinator who acts as a liaison between school sites and the Tri-County BTSA program.
