AB 430 is designed to help site administrators provide effective leadership in implementing and monitoring standards-based instruction in classrooms to improve student achievement. The training consists of three modules with specific hours required for completion of the program.
Tier II Credit: Completion of AB 430 is accepted as a valid option for Tier II credit for the Professional Clear Administrative Services Credential.
Reimbursement for training: Districts that have applied and are approved by the state will receive a $3,000 re-imbursement for principals and assistant/vice principals who complete all three modules
