FAMILY ACTIVITY:
- Encourage your children to be involved in the community through
Scouts, 4-H, church youth groups, or charities.
- For no special reason have a family party, just to tell your
family that you love them. Everyone should contribute something to
the party.
- Go somewhere fun with your children.
CLASS ACTIVITY:
- As a class collect old clothing and donate it to Goodwill or the
Salvation Army.
- Take a class collection and donate the food to a local charity.
- Have students write and perform skits demonstrating people helping
each other and thanking the people who helped them.
HIGH SCHOOL ACTIVITY:
- Have representatives from local charities come and present ideas
for opportunities to get involved in volunteer activities.
