CLASS ACTIVITY:

  • Set a class goal, such as reading a certain number of books in a specific amount of time, and reward the class as a group when they reach their goal.
  • Encourage seating groups to work together on difficult assignments and on projects, such as memorizing spelling lists.

HIGH SCHOOL ACTIVITY:

  • Encourage students to work together to prepare for standardized tests by writing a synopsis of areas likely to be covered in the tests and distribute them. This is a practical example of team work.
