Annual Notice of 403(b) Availability
Per IRS regulations governing the administration of 403(b) plans, Yuba County Office of Education offers a 403(b) Tax Sheltered Account Plan. As an eligible employee you have the ability to participate in this Plan by making voluntary salary reduction contributions to the Plan. Our 403(b) Plan is administered through 403(b) PlanSolutionsSM offered by Security Benefits.
Links are provided below to the Plan Summary Description and Employee Handbook. The Plan Summary Description, including a list of participating investment providers and 403(b) investment products, provides an overview and outlines general provisions of the 403(b) Plan. The Employee Handbook also contains the Salary Reduction Agreement form. The 403(b) PlanSolutionsSM website, www.employeradmin.com, is available for you to access for additional information, processing instructions and forms.
If you wish to begin participating in the Plan, or change your current salary reductions, you should complete the Salary Reduction Agreement as instructed in the Employee Handbook. You may also obtain a list of approved vendors by visiting the 403(b) PlanSolutionsSM website.
Once you have accessed the website please follow these instructions.
- Select “Employee” from the left menu
- Select your state [CALIFORNIA] from the drop down menu
- Select your employer [YUBA COUNTY OFFICE OF EDUCATION] from the second drop down menu
